HP Officejet 7612 Wide Format
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I can't find 13"x19" print size in the drop down sleciton of my printer while this printer Officejet 7612 is designed to print up to 13"x19". I have the paper 13"x19" ready in the tray though.

Also I know this printer doesn't allow custom paper size.

Please let me know. Thank you!

Hi,

Select the Super B or the A3+ paper sizes, both are equal to 13 x 19 inches.

Shlomi

There are no extended paper sizes in my list of available formats.  I am using Windows 10 and ever since I migrated,  I have been unable to print large size papers... nada!  i have reinstalled drivers, searched site-wide for solutions and nothing has worked. this printer is about to be chucked into the electronic WASTE pile.

This has been a bad HP experience this time!
