3830 All-in-One Printer

I'm finally setting up a printer I've had for ages, and when I went to enter my wifi password, there's no @ symbol available. Is there a trick to getting to this? I really don't want to reset my wifi password and everything associated with it just to be able to use this printer wirelessly.

Hi @JL34

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the connectivity issue.

Let's try restoring the network settings to defaults -

1. From the Home screen, touch (Wireless), and then touch Settings .
2. Touch Restore Network Settings.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

To connect the printer, run the Wireless Setup Wizard -

1. From the Home screen on the printer control panel, touch (Wireless).
2. Touch Settings.
3. Touch Wireless Setup Wizard or Wi-Fi Protected Setup.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup. Press 123? to access @, you might need to press = symbol to access @ -
