I can not remove the ink cartridges. They are stuck to the right side of my printer. I use hp instant ink service so all cartridges are authentic. It tells me there is a paper jam but there is no paper stuck anywhere I can see. All my firmware, etc. is up to date. Please help

HP Office Jet Pro 6970  with serie no TH6BN4216W.

Display states that the printer has been turned off incorrectly and claims that there is paper stuck (which isn

t). I have turned the printer off and on. Unplugged the power etc as well. The message cont to appear. Contact HP and state the above 0x6100004a.

Any clues what to do?

when I press TL or BL I can no longer press the subsequent button - light turns off and it does not register a "press"
