Can't get ENVY PHOTO 7858 (bought at COSTCO) to connect with my PC

I just moved to another state and when I tried to re-connect this printer to my PC, it will not work. I have tried EVERYTHING.

I have uninstalled-reinstalled-tried everything. One screen asked for a WPS pin and when I put the serial number in, it didn't even compute!  Didn't recognize the serial number to even give me the darn pin! It did work before I moved. Both are connected to the WiFi-but not each other. I HATE to spend the money on buying a new one. I wish it was still in the time frame that I could return it to Costco. I depend on this for my business and it really stinks to have this problem! Please help if you can.  have bought many HP products and computers but this is not good.Thanks!

Are you able to access the printer EWS from the computer?

I downloaded HP Smart-and it showed my computer but it said it was "offline" and inactive-but it IS connected to Wifi Here. 😞

OK-Sorry for the delay-been away for a few days. I think I have figured it out enough now to hopefully help you help me.

The Print and Scan Dr didn't work, BTW.

I was just about to go out and buy another printer but thought I'd give it one last ditch effort-So I went to:

Control Panel-Network/Internet-Network Connection-Connect to-Choose device

If I choose my printer-it WILL print from my computer BUT it takes me off the internet with my computer.

Surely knowing this, there's an easy fix? Hope to hear back ASAP. Thanks!
