Product: Hp deskjet 2132 print scan copy

I cannot get my color ink light to stop blinking and have no idea how to set it up with my hp stream laptop. My laptop is super slow and tells me there is no space and downloads are nearly impossible on it. Both my ink cartridges are brand new. Installed correctly and I've reset the printer itself twice now. Light still won't stop blinking.

Good Day. A warm welcome to the HP community. I reviewed the case regarding issues with printer.

 

Follow this link https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-deskjet-2130-all-in-one-printer-series/7174550/model/7529634... and perform the steps under "Issue: One or more of the Ink Alert lights are on or blinking".
