I have the same exact issue. My Officejet 6700 wouldn't do cloud printing like it used. I logged it, and it doesn't appear in my printers anymore, and I'm asked for a "claim code". What Sandy doesn't realize is this generation of printers apparently don't use claim codes. My printer is still web-conencted with the email address to send print jobs to, but it's not working as the printer isn't listed.

Welcome to HP forums, I see that you are unable to print claim code.
