I can't get my HP Officejet 4650 printer to do anything. The home button, ?, and the curved arrow pointing to the left are continuously blinking, and the display reads "ERROR CODE 0XB8008B0C" (I used "zeros" in the error code, but they could be the letter "O"). I've tried numerous possible solutions that I found online, such as disconnecting the power cord from the printer itself, disconnecting the power cord from the printer and wall outlet, and holding down the on/off button for 30 seconds. I also tried to remove the ink cartridges, however, when I open the top to get to the ink cartridges, they don't move...they stay all the way to the right. PLEASE HELP! I have MANY things I need to print.

Thank you for joining HP Community!
Could you please help me with the operating system of the computer?
How is the printer connected to the device USB or wireless?
Check for any jam in the printer.
Make sure the carriage is moving freely.
Meanwhile, I suggest you do a Hard Reset on the printer
(1) Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
(2) Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
(3) With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
(4) Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
(5) Wait at least 60 seconds.
(6) Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
(7) Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
(8) Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Keep me posted.
Have a great day!
Cheers:)

It's a wireless printer. There is no paper jam, and the ink cartridges do not move at all when I open the top of the printer (they stay in place all the way on the right side). I tried doing the steps for the hard reset, but when I plug the printer back in, I still get the flashing lights and the error code on the display. Any other suggestions?
