Product: HP Envy 5640 All In One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Having a problem my Envy 5640. Nothing prints to it wirelessly. I try to uninstall the basic device software and it gives me an error >> Error -2147467259 Failed to find driver packagees to process. If I try to install drivers it just stalls for a minute and then tells me the same error.

 

Any ideas?

thankfully i found a solution googling that brought me to another thread here. Posting my solution just in case anyone else is having this issue
