The access door will not open all the way. It opens 1/2" then won't go any farther, it sounds an "uh oh" and yellow light comes on at the corner of the deck.
Nothing is jammed. I've tried turning off/unplugging/waiting 30 seconds. That doesn't work.
Any suggestions? Thanks

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you are unable to open the access door, I am glad to assist you.
Perform a power reset, Reset the printer to recover from printer errors or failures.
- Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 30 seconds.
- Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet and printer without any surge protector.
- Turn on the printer.
If the issue still persists, this could be a hardware issue and requires one on one interaction to fix the issue.
