Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Trying to change ink cartridges on ENVY pro 6455. When I try to lift the access door a yellow light is on on the right side and the door only lifts part way.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

Refer to the YouTube video on replacing and Installing Ink Cartridges. By the end of the video, you will be able to isolate the issue.
