Thank you for responding,

It's great to have you back 😉

Here's what you need to do, to print your email via Google Chrome using your phone:

  • Open the email you want to print, and then select Forward.
  • Type your printer’s email address in the To: field.
  • Type a subject in the email subject line.
  • Tap Send.

If you are using the computer, simply open the mail on your browser, than tap CTRL + P to enter the print window,

Then, Click on print once you select the printer as default and it should work.

If the issue persists, try printing other emails and check if that works?

Keep me posted.

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂

I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.

As I understand you are unable to print the email,

No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:

Which email client or application are you using to print the email?

Have you checked with an alternate application?

While you respond to that, I recommend you check with an alternate application to print the email,

And also, let me know if other emails are getting printer and yet the payment confirmation mail isn't getting printed.

Let me know how that pans out

Thank you for replying with this detailed response 😉

I appreciate your time and efforts,

Please check with an alternate mail client, also, do you have an application like Microsoft Outlook configured with yahoomail?

Or do you use a browser like IE, Firefox or Google Chrome to access the same?

I would appreciate if you could reply back with the results.
