Can't print borderless

I've tried multiple different ways of printing and can't seem to get the borderless printing to work. I was trying a custom sized piece of paper and selecting "0" margins and borderless. Didn't work. So I tried just a standard one set up and still nothing. I saw one forum saying to select a radio button that says "fill entire paper" but I don't get that option anywhere in my print settings. I only get a radio button that says "scale to paper size." I'm also printing as "a photo" instead of a document as some had suggested that. But still no luck. Any thoughts?

Which app are you trying to print from?

Try printing borderless on a regular US letter size sheet and check if that works.

According to the printer specifications, this printer supports printing on 4x6 photo paper and also supports borderless printing.

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest firmware from your MAC.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

Also, check for any software updates on MAC

Click the Apple icon > About This Mac > Software Update and install any available update.

I was printing from the app on my MacBook. I just got the printer a few months ago and downloaded all the apps recently so everything should be up to date. I'll try the US letter size today... But I'm more concerned why the smaller sizes/custom sizes won't print borderless. I've tried a bunch of different settings since I need the smaller size for a specific project.
