@JedWor
Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- What happens when you try to print?
- Are you getting any error code or message?
- Have you tried updating the printer Firmware driver?
- What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824
Keep me posted for further assistance.

1. Trying to Print: Print/Printer Properties/Printer Shortcuts -- there is no color option. All printing options are locked. Also before windows 10 upgrade was able to duplex printing automatically instead of having to manually change the paper.
2. No error codes. Running printer via wi-fi
3. Have tried various options provided online and here. Deleted program and reinstalled with latest update (Feb 2020) for printer. I'm not sure what "driver" it was. Also ran HP Scan Dr.
4. Using HP Officejet 4650, FPU No. F1H96-64001

Thanks Shirt-T -- I re-read your post and HP response. This process will not help. We do not have CD for printer nor do we have a CD drive in our new Dell computer with the Windows 10. Still waiting for Echo-Lake response.

No joy with this, I've tried everything. It doesn't even give me an option to change from black and white to colour. All other devices work fine to the printer apart from my laptop which has been upgraded to windows 10 ... frustrated as no real people to contact at HP

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details and I would appreciate if you could, perhaps elaborate on your concern.
- What is the exact model for your printer?
- What is the operating system you are using?
- What is the exact issue you are facing?
- Have you followed all the steps suggested in the thread?
Look forward to hearing from you and you have a great day!
Take care.
Cheers!
