Can't print custom paper size file on HP OfficeJet Pro 8600

I am trying to print on a note card that is 6.5" x 10". The PDF file I want to print is sized at 6.5" x 10". I cannot get the HP printer to print this file. 

I cannot change the paper size. I am only offered standard paper sizes in the drop down list. I created a new form in the driver that I named "Pink Notecard" and it is not in the drop down when I go to Adobe Acrobat Reader to print. 

These note cards are something I'd like to print going forward for my business. Please help!
