I am trying  to print from Ancestry.com. I don't know that it's a printer problem.  I did have a problem recently with using the  modem. I was trying to print from another room.   I do not have any problems printing from any other program now.  Have you heard of others who have this problem?

I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.
 
As I understand that you are unable to print from Ancestry.com and you are able to print fine from other programs.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help you with your HP Officejet Pro 8600e-All-in-One Printer.

 

As you mentioned that the issue is only with that website, it can be an issue with the website or with the browser you are using.

 

I suggest you open the same website using a different browser and trying printing.

You can also reset the browser and try printing.

 

I could see any issue with the printer.

I had the same problem using Edge browser.  Change to Chrome and it printed beautifully.
