Can't print on A7 but it can print on letter even I didn't change any settings

Hi All!

So I tried to print on 5.25" x 7.25" A7 envelope on my Envy 5530.

First try (with app on Ipad and iPhone):

I used the app, trying to print with 5x7 default paper setting on the app.

When I inserted my envelope, it won't print on it at all.

Then, I tried reprinting with the same setting, but inserting letter size paper. It did print normally (printed on the edge of paper).

Second try:

Using Preview and trying to print like normal pictures.

Again, it doesn't print on my envelope, but it prints normally on the edge on letter paper.

Last try:

Importing image to Microsoft word.

Of course, it doesn't print on my envelope, but it prints normally on the edge on letter paper.

Please help. I seriously have no idea on how to fix this. 😞

@PATRICIAA1, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

According to the printer specifications, this model printer does not support printing on a A7 Envelope. You may check under paper-handling section.

Kindly use a supported Envelope.
