Can't print .pdfs on the HP 8710. Accepts the print command with no error, then the printer appears then disappears in the dock, and nothing appears in the queue.  Using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Suggestions?

Hi there,

 

Sounds like you can print from other applications, just not Adobe Reader, is that correct?  This support document has a list of things to try, as well as a couple of workarounds.  I know you said you already have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, but might be worth trying to uninstall/reinstall (instructions are in the support document) if you haven't already.
