Can't print, says I'm not enrolled in instant ink...

My printer will not print anything. It says I am not enrolled in HP instant ink. When I try to reconnect, it won't even print the information page with the code I need.

Are you enrolled in the Instant Ink Serivce??

If the answer is yes, 

First, be sure the printer is connecting to the Internet:
