macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have just attempted to print a document off my envy 6022e and all the lights (including the symbols ) are flashing multiple colours and at fast speeds. The printer uses Bluetooth to connect to devices to print, but this has never been an issue before. The printer is new and is normally  excellent  and I am in a desperate situation to fix it.

I understand that you are having issues with blinking lights.

 

This looks like a hardware issue. 

 

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, I recommend you contact phone support for repair/replacement options. 

 

Try updating the firmware. CLICK HERE

Hi.

 

Tried everything but got no where so contacted HP help/support.

 

Still no joy so have been promised a replacement printer which is now on it's way.
