Update HP Smart App and Printer Firmware: Update the firmware on an HP printer

- Check for any firmware updates for your printer and install them if available.
Check for Paper Jams or Misfeeds:
- Make sure there are no paper jams or misfeeds in the printer that could be affecting the scanning process.
Restart Devices:
- Try restarting both your printer and your computer to clear any temporary issues.
Use HP Scan and Capture:
- If you have Windows 10 or 11, try using the "HP Scan and Capture" app, which might handle duplex scanning differently from HP Smart.
Perform a Printer Reset:
