Can't use resume paper

I recently bought some resume paper and tried to print with it, but my printer keeps saying "out of paper".  It works fine with plain paper.  I've already tried cleaning the rollers both on the bottom and inside the ink tray and while they were definitely dirty, it didn't seem to solve the issue.  Any suggestions?

Apologies, I went back and re-cleaned all the rollers much more deeply and now it prints with no issues.  Just gotta make sure you use a good cleaning agent and don't assume it's clean just because it looks clean...
