Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I recently got some heavyweight paper (Epson Premium Paper Matte) and as I went to print, the printer feeds the paper but immediately spits it back out. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if the printer model itself can't use that kind of paper (heavyweight). Can someone help me please? If my printer can't use that kind of paper, what is a similar paper that I could use instead?
