Cancel Print job for HP OfficeJet Pro8715 printing from an iMac with latest software?

I have been unable to cancel print jobs on the printer despite trying the advice given by the Virtual Support Assistant.

Hi @FrankSmith,

I'd like to help!

Try the below suggestions to clear the print queue-

1. Open the  Apple menu and go to “System Preferences” and choose Printers
2. Select the active printer and choose “Open Print Queue” button
3. Select and cancel the print job(s) as desired, canceling them and removing them from the printing queue
