I have a Deskjet 2622.

I cancelled Instant Ink perhaps 8 months ago.

I am now getting the error message:

"Except for this page, this printer cannot print with HP Instant Ink cartridges until this connection has been re-established. Updating HP Instant Ink data. This process might take several minutes. Until the update is complete, the printer will not be able to print using the HP Instant Ink cartridges."

I am getting this error message for the last 24 hours and nothing I try changes it.

As I said, I cancelled instant ink a long time ago and I buy original HP cartridges from the store.

Furthermore my printer is connected to the internet so I don't understand the bit about "connection has been re-established"
