Printer screen says. A problem has occurred and you will not be able to print until the issue is resolved. Check your HP account for more information. It is connected to wifi and computer. It has been warning me for the past week that I will not be able to print soon but has been working up to this point.

Hi @JeromeS4082,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Thanks for sharing the details. I understand your concern—it’s good to hear your printer is still working, but we want to address the warning before it disrupts your printing.

The message you’re seeing typically appears when there’s an issue linked to an HP Instant Ink or HP+ account, such as:

  • A pending payment
  • An expired subscription
  • Or the printer not being properly connected to the HP account

Please Check the Following:

  1. Sign in to your HP account:
HP Instant Ink – Ink Monthly Subscription | HP Official Site
    • Check for any alerts regarding payment issues or subscription status
    • Make sure your printer is showing as connected and active

  2. On the Printer Screen:
    • Tap Setup > HP Account > View Status
    • See if it gives any more info or requests action

  3. Confirm Your HP Account Email:
    • Make sure your printer is signed in to the same HP account you manage online

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
