How do I cancel a private pickup file?

I downloaded a file and printed it via HP Smart (one page wasn't printed but not bothered about that, it was not important).

Private pickup is not selected in settings, but for some reason the print job went to private print.

The print file is showing but if I click to cancel, or to 'delete selected' (there is only one file which is selected),  I see an error -

orange triangle - see printer

I tried switching the printer off and on, but the print job is still showing (where I'd usually see ink levels in the iPhone app).

It was showing earlier as needing tricolour ink (which is probably correct), however now it says ink level is fine (registered for instant ink).

I don't want to print - just to cancel the print job.
How can I get rid of the unwanted print job - and see the ink level display on the home screen of the app again.

The print file wasn't showing on MacBook app.

I ended up deleting the HP Smart app from iPhone and re-adding printer. Seems to be sorted now.

Spoke too soon. After reinstalling the app and printer, the frozen print file seemed to have disappeared. But it soon reappeared, but only in the iPhone app not macbook app.

How to get rid?

I replaced the tricolour cartridge which was very low - although the app was giving dubious information on ink status.
