Microsoft Windows 11

I have a new Business Debit Card.  The old one runs out at end of month.   I have un-successfully tried to change the details on the portal numerous times withn no success.   I have come to assumption HP will not access Debit Cards....just Credit or Paypal.   Is this right?   I do not have a Business CC so if this is the case i cannot/will not renew.

I understand you are trying to update the billing info on the Instant Ink account.

 

However, you cannot use a debit card. Only credit cards and Paypal options are allowed at this time.

You may also purchase prepaid cards from HP Store online.

Why has this changed?    When I first subscribed only a few months ago, I did so with my Debit Card (I do not have a compaby credit card).  Now when I come to update the details due to that card expiring, you appear to have ramdomly taken that option away.

 

This is a problem.  I am a Business + I do not use a Credit Card for Buying Goods.  I need to see the direct Bank Transaction that I can reconcile to an invoice and payment via our online accounting system.  For similar reasons, Paypal also does not help.
