HP DeskJet 2855e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just purchased a HP 2855e All in One printer and after several attempts I cannot access a WiFi  connection.

I have a Spectrum 6 Router which can support both 2.5 and 5.0 Ghz. I understand that my printer is only compatible with 2.5 Ghz and that I have to change the Frequency within the printer. I am not sure how to access this information in my printer. I am hoping someone can offer some suggestions. Thanks to all in advance,

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Can try a reset of the printer wireless and use HP Smart app to setup again?

Before setting up, do ensure that the setup device is connected to a 2.4GHz network.

This resource will show what happens when setup device is connected to 5GHz on a Windows PC:

Hope that helps!
