Product: HP ENVY Pro 6432 All-in-One Printer

Hello,

 

I have recently lost connectivity to my HP Envy pro 6432 printer.

 

I have reset the wireless network using the button on the rear of the device, and I can find the printer in the HP smart app.

 

However, after I connect it to my wireless network and then press the information button after a period of time it times out and displays the Error Code: EBS00P0010.

 

The printer used to work fine and this issue with setup has occurred since I have moved the device to a new wireless network.

 

Can somebody please help resolve this issue?
