Hi Pls. help, I having an issue during connecting my HP DeskJet GT 5820 wifi to a triband wifi router. even I used WPS connectivity. It always prompt that my SSID is not existing. But when I remove the wifi router SSID password, It will successfully connected which is not advisable. I already used WPA and WPA2 but no luck.

Welcome to HP Forums,
This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.
If you are using a wireless router, check your router’s documentation or support site to make sure it meets the following requirements:
-
Check the router band: Many routers can operate in both 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz frequency bands, but not all HP printers support both bands. Make sure the 2.4 GHz router band is enabled and broadcasting. If the router broadcasts separate network names (SSIDs) for each band, connect the printer to the 2.4 GHz band SSID.
Now try connecting the printer to the network.

Thanks for the reply,
Let's restore network settings to default settings
● Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button (X) from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.
Then try connecting to the network.
Update the firmware for the printer using this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-deskjet-gt-5820-all-in-one-printer-series/8109015/document/c...
Restart the printer.
Now try connecting the printer to the network.
Keep me posted, how it goes!
Have a great day!
Cheers:)
