I cannot get my new printer to link up with my computer or iphone. It is stuck on a screen that reads- "Online Setup Progress" Underneath it says: "The device is configuring this printer. Joined Home-9446-5 network" "Waiting for Web services" I have tried the 123 app on my phone. I went on the website and downloaded the drivers. I tried turning everything off - computer, printer, phone and modem- and then restarting. I cannot get rid of the screen.

Welcome to HP Support Forums. A really great platform for posting all your questions and finding solutions.
I understand that you are unable to connect your Envy Photo 7855 to your WiFi.
I'll try my best to help
Let's reset the Network Settings to defaults
From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ).
2. Touch Network Setup. ENWW Restore original factory defaults and settings 167
3. Touch Restore Network Settings. A message appears stating that the network defaults will be restored.
4. Touch Yes.
5. Print the network configuration page and verify that the network settings have been reset
Then uninstall the printer drivers from Root level and download the Full Feature Software
1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2.) Select your HP Printer
3.) Select Uninstall
4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’
6.) Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
8.) Click on the “Drivers” tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10.) Select Ok
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12.) Close Devices and Printers
13.) Restart the computer and download the Full Feature Software from Here and follow the onscreen Instructions
Note: Connect the USB cable only when prompted during installation
Keep me posted how it goes
Thank you 🙂
