Cannot get rid of "Jam in output bin. Open rear door and clear jam" error message

I have one of my scientist with a hp lj pro 200 color mfp.  Currently this message is infecting the unit: paper jam in output bin, open rear door and clear jam
I couldn't find any rogue pieces of paper anywhere in the machine.  I'd like to get resolution for this ailment as others before may have been cured of this affliction.  Any assistance is greatly appreciated.  Regards  karmakvisser
