Every time that I try to print I get the same error: Cannot print. Connect printer to update HP Instant Ink status
I have tried to factory reset, unplug from the outlet, wait for 2 days for the "update" and restore the wireless connection.
From the Embedded Web Server the printer is updated and no errors but every time I try to print it gives me the error and cancel the printing (even if it's a test page from the server).
I tried all the step in the following link but it didn't work

@Cs692, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand you are not able to print.
To assist you better, is the printer enrolled in Instant Ink?
Are you using Instant Ink cartridges in the printer?
Restart the router, the printer, and the PC
