Hi all. I am receiving this error "Cannot print. Visit www.hpinstantink.com for information.". I log into my HP account and there is no feedback or guidance there. I tried the virtual assistance; no luck. I've read the other discussions regarding the same error and followed what others were recommended "removing the cartridges, putting them back in, disconnecting from the power cord, turning it back on" etc and still no luck. The software on the printer is up to date. I have also logged in from the app and it says the printer is "ready" but when I go to send something to the printer, the same error pops up; I click "ok" on the printer and the job cancels. My computer (iMac Pro) is also updated to Sonoma 14.6. Additionally, my printer is and has been on a monthly subscription with HP since 2020. Any help or guidance would be great. Thank you in advance.
