Product: ENVY 5660
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer recently stopped printing. It always directs me to save the file under the PRN format. I do not how this problem started.  How do I get my printer back to printing properly?

Probably problem due to Windows 1o updates. Please download and install the following software and drivers

 

      https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/EN5660/EN5660_Full_WebPack_40.13.1176.exe

Hello Banhein,

 

Thank you for your suggestion. I downloaded the link you sent me but it did not work. It is still just asking me o save as a file. I have a screenshot of the problem. I do not see the ability to send it to you. Any other advice from you would be greatly appreciated.
