We have a desktop PC (Windows 10 64 bit) with an HP ENVY 5535 and an HP laptop (Windows 10 64 bit) with an HP Deskjet 3632. We have had both operating with WIFI and have been able to print and scan from either PC to either printer (via WIFI) for quite some time. Recently we have Added an Apple Ipad to the mix. (My daughter-in-law set it up with WIFI also)
I can't say for sure, but about that same time we experienced a problem printing on the 3632 from either PC. When we attempt to print, it automatically goes into "print to file" mode. We can define file location and name and it will indeed save the document to file--but will NOT print.
