Whenever I try to print to my HP Eny 6020e, the orange light comes up and doesn't print. When I check HP Smart, I'm seeing 2 errors:
1. there is a problem with my account, and I need to update my billing information related to HP Instant Ink. Note: I cancelled that subscription like 6 months ago 😛
2. a notice that a non-original cartridge was found. I did use a non-HP cartridge before, but switched back to original cartridge as it didn't work. Was able to print fine after that for several months.
I can't seem to get any support: on one page, I see my printer is still under warrantee, whenever I go to the support page to get actual help, it states I'm out of warrantee I can select to use for example whatsapp, which doesn't reply back to me.
Kinda looks like HP doesn't want to give support for a product under warrantee ...

Hi @Steven_1234,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are facing cartridge issues with your HP Envy 6020e All-In-One Printer.
Please follow the steps listed below to clean the electrical contacts of the cartridges:
1. Turn the printer on.
2. Open the door to access the cartridges.
3. Wait until the carriage stops moving before you continue.
4. Remove the cartridge indicated in the error message from its slot, holding it by its side.
CAUTION: Do not touch the copper-colored contacts or the ink nozzles. Touching these parts can result in clogs, ink failure, and bad electrical connections.
5. Remove any protective tape that still might be on the contacts.
CAUTION: Do not touch or try to remove the copper electrical strip.
6. Lightly dampen a lint-free cloth with distilled water, and then clean only the copper-colored contacts on the cartridge.
7. Lightly dampen a lint-free cloth with distilled water and then clean the electrical contacts in the carriage, located inside the printer.
8. Wait 10 minutes for the contacts to dry.
9. Reinsert the cartridge.
10. Close the cartridge access door.

You may also follow the steps listed below to remove web services:
1. Open the embedded web server (EWS):
a. Find out the IP address or hostname of the printer by pressing the Information button (i) to print an Information page.
NOTE: The printer must be on a network and must have an IP address.
b. In a supported web browser on your computer, type the IP address or hostname assigned to the printer. For example, if the IP address is 123.123.123.123, type the following address into the web browser: http://123.123.123.123.
2. Click the Web Services tab, and then click Remove Web Services in the Web Services Settings section.
3. Click Remove Web Services.
4. Click Yes to remove Web Services from your printer.

Hi, for some reason the error regarding cartridges doesn't appear anymore (only had to cut power to the printer a couple of times because he didn't respond anymore).
Now I'm left only with the issue with my account: whenever I try to print I need to go to HP Smart where it states there is an issue with my account, when I click ok there the pages begin to print again.
I seem to be stuck in an hp instant ink subscription, even though I canceled this month's ago and didn't have an issue until now. I can't see any active plan to cancel in my account settings...
