After months of successful printing, I recently encountered a problem. Now, when I send a print job from my PC to the OfficeJet, it fails to print. The document does not show up in the print queue. Both the PC and printer are connected to the same WiFi network. The device driver and Windows software are up to date. HP and MS diagnostics can connect to the printer but cannot detect any problems. I can print to this OfficeJet without trouble from other devices connected to the network. This is very perplexing and disruptive. Your help would be much appreciated.
