Hello,
I am experiencing an issue where the printer has stopped printing. Everything worked fine, until yesterday, after a quick reboot it started working again. Today however the issue occurred again and rebooting the printer does not resolve it. I tried it from multiple devices (both windows (printing error) and chrome OS (stuck in queue))
When trying to look at the issue using HP Print and Scan Doctor, the printer is found, but the model it´s listed as is incorrect, Its listed as Microsoft PWG Raster Class Driver, instead of HP Color LaserJet MFP E87660. I can connect to the printer IP page without any issue and all pings are working perfectly.
Scanning, copying etc still work fine.
Any help is appreciated.
