Product: HP Officejet Pro 8710
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I am having trouble printing on 65 lb and 110 lb cardstock paper for printing cards.  I have set the printer to print thick paper but still having problems.  I wasn't having these problems in the beginning and the printer is only 3 years old.  Could the rollers be dirty or what can be done so I can print on this paper?

Is this only happening with the cardstock paper?

 

Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

 

What happens when you try printing?
