I have changed router with a house move - both PC and printer are connected fine to new network and the PC can see the printer. However when i try to print a document it fails - no error message

The driver installed on your computer may still be looking for the printer at the original address not the new one. I would either delete and reinstall or download the print and scan doctor utility and run it.

Hi - thanks so much for your response. I had already run the scan doctor and that found nothing. I also discovered that I could print from my iphone but still not the printer, In following your advise about the print drivers though I went onto the HP site and first checked if there was an upgrade for the printer - there was and that seems to have solved the problem!
