Product: Officejet Pro 6385
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I received a message box saying I had earned a bonus of 2 cartridges and to click on the link given.  It led to http://hprewards.austin.hp.com/RRPublic/null?crver=1&locale=en-US&tp=KSTS&pn=Officejet+Pro+6835+e-Al... but the page could not be opened.  How can I collect my bonus?  Thank you.
