Hi, I am having trouble resetting my HP Office Jet Pro 8610 printer. I happened to change my wifi information and cannot do these changes on the printer since the features are locked on the printer itself. I am not sure how these features where locked, which I never did. Can there be another way to reset this printer?

I suggest you perform a Semi Full Reset. Since these steps are specific to your printer I have sent you the instructions in a private message

 

Please check your private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile.

 

Next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope
