Operating System: iOS

I cannot connect to the printer the smart set up does not appear in the network settings. When I use the set up wizard it just searches on a loop and does not connect.

I see that you are unable to connect the printer to the network. Use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.

 

Refer to the documents HP Printers - Printing from an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch and HP Printers - Install and Use the HP Smart App for help with printing from your iOS.
