Product: HP ENVY 6052e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Originally printer was asleep and not awake when printing from Excel word processor. Information lite is lit, copy lit is blinking, number can be changed, lite to right of number is also lit. No wi-fi lite.  Cannot print offline nor online using ethernet.
