1) The printer stopped printing once we changed internet options. We decided to remove the printer from hp smart and then add it again. But once we removed it - we could not add, the option is not available

2) Printer prints out only it's status, The status was that ink ended, We purchased a new cartridge, But it did not helpp1.jpgp2.jpgp3.jpg
