For the last 2 hours I've been trying to print some documents. When I click print only half of the paper goes in and then doesn't  print anything. The other day when printing some stuff one of the papers got stuck and showed paper jam, I've looked and cant see any paper in the. I've watched videos about paper jam but nothing works

I see that you are experiencing paper jam issues on the printer and I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue.

 

If you have already performed the steps from the document Paper Jam Error and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
