HP Recommended

The cardstock gets stuck in my LaserJet Enterprise printer M553.  Regular copy paper and photo paper go through fine.  I put in heavyweight as a paper choice.

Which tray are you feeding from. Unlike other models, the MP or manual tray is not the straightest path so if the paper is within specs it should be fed through tray 2

I am feeding them through Tray 3. Tray 2 has plain paper in it and Tray 3 has my cardstock in it.

Can you clarify where and how the paper gets stuck? Also have you confirmed that the card stock is supported. The specs for this printer show maximum weight of 220g/sm
