HP Photosmart 7520

 

 

Stuck in loop

Can’t access menu area

 

Error displays 

 

  1. Carriage Jam

    The print cartridge cannot move

 

Then resolves to:

 

  1. One or more of the cartridges appear to be missing or damaged

 

Then repeats error message one and loops

 

I have replaced all cartridges with new ones

 

I have cleaned the printhead

 

The cartridges do move freely yet:

 

Continues to display same error messages

 

Anyone else having same type issue?
