I've done the works with clearing paper jams, in cartridges, resetting the printer but nothing seems to be working with the printer saying carriage Jam.

The carriage seems to move fine, moving right, to the middle, all the way left then saying there was a jam. Any help would be appreciated

If you're experiencing a carriage jam in your HP printer, here are some steps you can follow to resolve the issue:

Turn off your printer and unplug it from the power source. This will ensure your safety during the troubleshooting process.

Open the printer's access door or the cartridge access door. This will allow you to access the carriage area.

Check for any obstructions or debris in the carriage path. Look for any torn pieces of paper, bits of labels, or other foreign objects that might be blocking the carriage's movement. If you find any, carefully remove them.
